                                           ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES      

                                                       MARCH 5, 2012

 

1:30 P.M.        Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden ,

                        Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

 

           1.          The Board met with the owner of 186 Morse Street to discuss his fiscal                               

                        year 2012 assessment.

 

2.                    The Board discussed meeting with the owner of 111 Morse Street.

 

           3.          The Board denied the fiscal year 2012 clause 18 exemption application for                                                                 

                        the owner of parcel 52-16.

        

4.             The Board discussed a fiscal year 2012 personal property assessment.

                        They decided to make a special request for State authority to abate it.

 

5.             The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2012 applications for

             abatement for the owners of the following parcels:

6.           The Board deferred action on two other applications for abatement so  

           that we could attempt to inspect the interior of those properties before

           acting on them.
